Duane Wykoff, Canton, Ohio

Founded in 2001, Refuge of Hope was an outgrowth from a chapel ministry and soup kitchen which began serving the downtown Canton community in the mid-1980s under the name Open Door Chapel. Currently, this inner-city, faith-based, non-denominational Christian mission serves as a men’s homeless shelter offering overnight housing, showers, spiritual guidance, accountability, and hot meals. Refuge of Hope also operates a mobile soup kitchen, feeding hundreds of individuals in their own neighborhood.

Akron, Ohio

In Akron, Ohio in 2003, ICU Mobile was founded for the purpose of providing free, convenient, comfortable and non-judgmental ultrasound services to pregnant women who may be experiencing an unplanned pregnancy and may be considering an abortion. We seek to reveal life at the crossroads of a decision and share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

ICU Mobile (“I See You”) is the pioneer and leader of pro-life mobile ultrasound ministry. They serve and provide care for abortion-determined women and their families, empowering them to choose life while sharing the love of Jesus. We partner with and serve pregnancy centers and other life-affirming ministries to help them go mobile – to GO to women in crisis rather than wait for them. We provide the only full turnkey approach that includes all the equipment, pre-deployment consulting, comprehensive training and ongoing consulting and guidance.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Hall of Fame Area

Rico Bell is a member of Missionview Church along with his wife Tori, and three children. Rico played college football and graduated from Malone University in 2016. Afterwards he played professional football in the IFL and CFL. He retired in 2019 and transitioned into management and sales. After much prayer and lots of “nudges” Rico left the cooperate world to go into full time ministry. Rico could not have imagined a more perfect profession than a job that allows him to share his faith and use the platform of sports to do that.

Rico serves as the Hall of Fame Area Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). FCA’s vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. This is done through “huddles” (bible studies) in the local schools, local outreach events and sports camps. FCA can meet students and coaches where they are, this a unique opportunity for the church to evangelize.

Rico’s focus is not only seeing students and coaches surrender their lives to Christ, but to also be discipled into a growing relationship with Jesus and an active member of their local church.
