Ignite is MissionView’s student ministry for grades 6 through 12. This ministry exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ! As a part of MissionView Church, we want students to have an intimacy with God, a community with others, and influence in the world.
We seek to provide various opportunities for students as a means of accomplishing this goal. These include our Sunday Night Large Group, Thursday Night Small Groups, Activities, Retreats, and Missions. Our hope is that students can find Ignite to be a tool for growing in their relationships with Jesus, each other, and their community.
If you have a son or daughter interested in Ignite, please don’t hesitate to contact Adam Swing or Hannah Baldridge for more information. The students meet Sunday Nights from 6-8pm at the North Canton Middle School ( 605 Fair Oaks Ave. SW North Canton, OH 44720. Enter at door number 10 (west side of the building.)

Here's how it works:
If you are purchasing mulch this year and will have it delivered by May 1, let the Ignite Student Ministry do the rest. On Saturday, May 2, students are spreading mulch for a tax-deductible donation towards summer mission trips. If you have any questions, call Hannah @ 330-497-6442
During the school year, we meet as one large group on Sunday Nights. We get to know each other, play games, and learn about who God is and what He wants for us in this life.
During the school year, we also meet in small groups. Guys and girls split up to meet at different locations on Thursdays. Here we eat together and study Scripture in a more in-depth way.
We have various fun activities throughout the year. These can be anything, from Slip-n-Slide Kickball to LaserTag to spontaneous Movie Nights.
We have a Fall and a Spring Retreat each year. These are overnight trips that encourage and motivate students in their spiritual lives.
Mission trips are the capstone of what we do as a ministry. Each summer, we have two separate mission opportunities for students.
